We are the newest hot yoga studio using infrared heat in Kailua Kona, Hawaii. Located directly across the street from Ola Brewery on Luhia street. Offering a wide variety of classes 7 days a week. Hot Vinyasa, heated Barre, Buddhi, Inferno Hot Pilates ,Hapa Vinyasa, candlelight restorative and soundbath. Our mission is to build a container for healing and connection, while cultivating health and wellness. We are extending our heart to serve in joy and create a healthier community.
