Blocked domains can still appear when you search the wider web — use global search or the "Web" tab on any results page. They're only left out of the Hawaiʻi index itself.

Separately, a small set of large aggregator and spam domains is filtered out of web results entirely — those never made claims to being local, they just crowd out useful answers.
