My history of never having been in an emergency situation. Unless it was to offer assistance to another boat. I have maintained a captain’s license for just a couple months shy of 20 years. My plan is to pass this to my son Elijah. He is expert level all Kauai island and State of Hawaii surfing fishing diving waterman.
