Small, family run, working goat dairy. We make Goatlato Ice cream, Goat cheese and Goat milk caramel sauces, distributed to retail locations around the island. We offer an indepth farm tour of our small operation on Friday mornings, guided by the owner. We are a working farm and are not open to the public except for reserved tours.

Our 6 acre family farm, located at 1900 feet elevation on the slopes of Haleakala, Maui, grows a wide range of organic vegetables, fruits and award winning coffee – all through the use of sustainable regenerative agricultural methods.
