Appointment only Distillery Tours or Tastings available for booking on our website. Located in Kilauea, our address is provided with a reservation only. All guests must be 21 years or older. We are a family owned and operated craft distillery on the north shore of Kauai. Specializing in small-batch premium craft spirits. Mount Waiʻaleʻale produces some of the purest water in the world, ideal for making spirits. That coupled with our islands rich agricultural history spurred our creativity. Our family or ‘Ohana as we like to say it in Hawaii, has been enthusiastically committed to developing spirits to share with you.
