Mangala Yoga, established in 2011, offers a variety of yoga and fitness classes in Makawao, Hawaii. They cater to all skill levels, from beginner to advanced. They have 3-rooms offering, heated and non-heated yoga, Barre, Pilates, HIIT, and yoga sculpt classes. Mangala Yoga is a warm and welcoming place where both international and local yoga communities meet and grow. This is where knowledgeable and passionate teachers create yoga classes, workshops and trainings that keep you inspired. They will meet you exactly where you are today and invite you to live an extraordinary tomorrow.

Our family moved to Maui and it was a life changing experience for us. Starting over in a new place so far away was challenging but the connection to Hawaii was so strong that it magnetically pulled our spirits closer to Maui. We arrived and immediately began swimming, hiking, and embarking on many new adventures. The people, food, and scenery are so beautiful that it basically cleansed our souls. This energy is what prompted the creation of Alpha Maui. Alpha “The Beginning” represents this new chapter of our lives for which we are eternally grateful. We incorporate our adventures and experiences into our clothing line reminding all of our customers and friends to take it back to the beginning
