We offer alignment-focused yoga, vinyasa flow, and gentle restorative classes for all bodies and experience levels. Come for yoga, stay for community. We're known for consistent, experienced teachers who know your name, sliding scale pricing (we meet you where you're at), and yoga + massage under one roof. Our classes serve beginners through advanced practitioners with morning and evening options. We believe in community-centered, accessible wellness. Whether you're brand new to yoga or deepening your practice, you belong here. New students: try 2 weeks unlimited for $50. Proudly serving all of Central Maui.
