Sun Yoga Hawaii is a locally owned and operated yoga studio located at Aina Haina Shopping Center. We specialize in improving the overall health and well-being of each practitioner through the ancient practice of yoga, combining Vinyasa Sun Salutations, Hatha Yoga postures, and an ancient-guided deep relaxation. Our use of infrared heat helps the body detoxify by sweating, balancing metabolism, facilitating weight loss, increasing circulation, relieving joint pain, and improving cardiovascular health, tissue elasticity, beautification of skin, stress relief, and relaxation.
