Ganotisi's Pacific Rim Cuisine is a family-owned and run business located in the small town of Lana'i City, Hawaii. They are a takeout restaurant and cater to parties and events and hope to share the love and passion of their craft to the people of the island, friends, family and tourist from where ever they may come from.

Koast is the debut restaurant venture from husband-and-wife team David and Alicia Soboda, who are joining forces with Top Chef Masters winner and James Beard Award-nominated chef Chris Cosentino. The Soboda’s are also partnering with Jason Blanchette and Jose Zepeda Jr. to build an exceptional wine and cocktail program. Together they aim to deliver a level of hospitality with aloha that both locals and visitors will love. Koast embodies a shared vision of simple, honest food that will showcase their commitment to local sustainable ingredients with indoor and al fresco dining options, featuring a wraparound lanai that offers diners incredible sunsets and striking views of Molokini Crater.

A new dining/cocktail concept by the team behind award winning cocktail bar, Bar Leather Apron, Bar Maze offers an innovative, integrated culinary and cocktail experience. Head chef Ki Chung and head bartender Justin Park work collaboratively to craft an omakase (curated 5-course tasting menu with cocktail or wine pairings) dinner menu and an a la carte lounge menu in which food and drink are conceived as intertwined creations.
