Koast is the debut restaurant venture from husband-and-wife team David and Alicia Soboda, who are joining forces with Top Chef Masters winner and James Beard Award-nominated chef Chris Cosentino. The Soboda’s are also partnering with Jason Blanchette and Jose Zepeda Jr. to build an exceptional wine and cocktail program. Together they aim to deliver a level of hospitality with aloha that both locals and visitors will love. Koast embodies a shared vision of simple, honest food that will showcase their commitment to local sustainable ingredients with indoor and al fresco dining options, featuring a wraparound lanai that offers diners incredible sunsets and striking views of Molokini Crater.

We have a continually rotating selection of excellent beers, with a focus on locally sourced fruited sours, rustic styles and killer New England IPA's. Amazing beers and amazing views, with plenty of outdoor seating on 4 lanais, plus wide open glass garage doors. Food is provided by Upcountry Sausage Co. on our Lanai, and you can also order from restaurant Marlow next door.
