Shelagh Sandstedt, LMT, CLT (MAT-11571), has been a practicing massage therapist and massage therapy educator since 2009. She integrates anatomically-specific modalities, such as Neuromuscular Therapy and Orthopedic Massage, with structural work that takes into account posture, alignment, body usage and ergonomics.
