The most exciting part was renewing the look and giving it a vibrant brightness color of blue that reflects our Alma mater of Waimea High School. We knew we had to replace the old machines that has been sitting in this area for years, broken. HouLau Farm Chocolate company is a family owned, "branch to bar" chocolate farm and solar powered factory all in one location on beautiful Kauai Island, Hawaii. We grow cacao, produce & sell artisan chocolate bars, other chocolate products. We also grow vanilla orchid and process and sell vanilla beans and extract. We provide farm and factory tours on a limited basis, that have been very well received.
