The interior recreates an authentic Japanese atmosphere, making you feel as if you’ve stepped right into Japan—not just in taste, but also in ambiance and hospitality. We proudly serve fresh, locally caught Hawaiian tuna, as well as uni (sea urchin), scallops, and ikura (salmon roe) flown in directly from Japan.
