In 1984 his son, David, graduated from Pacific University and returned to Maui to join his father’s practice. In 2005, Linda Nguyen graduated from University of Houston and joined the Anzai family practice as an associate doctor. In 2012, Linda purchased the family practice and updated the practice name to Maui Optometry. In 2015, she built a new home for Maui Optometry in Maui Lani Village Center (on the border of Kahului and Wailuku, near Ace Hardware Wailuku and the cable company).
