Koast is the debut restaurant venture from husband-and-wife team David and Alicia Soboda, who are joining forces with Top Chef Masters winner and James Beard Award-nominated chef Chris Cosentino. The Soboda’s are also partnering with Jason Blanchette and Jose Zepeda Jr. to build an exceptional wine and cocktail program. Together they aim to deliver a level of hospitality with aloha that both locals and visitors will love. Koast embodies a shared vision of simple, honest food that will showcase their commitment to local sustainable ingredients with indoor and al fresco dining options, featuring a wraparound lanai that offers diners incredible sunsets and striking views of Molokini Crater.

Enjoy the freshest craft beer on island at our artisanal taproom brewery specializing in wild & rustic ales. We have a continually rotating selection of excellent beers, with a focus on locally sourced fruited sours, rustic styles and killer New England IPA's. Amazing beers and amazing views, with plenty of outdoor seating on 4 lanais, plus wide open glass garage doors. Food is provided by Upcountry Sausage Co. on our Lanai, and you can also order from restaurant Marlow next door.

Known for its trademarked “Oishi Ramen,” KAMUKURA Ramen offers bowls of clear-broth vegetable-based soup inspired by French consommé and paired with medium-thin Japanese noodles. The noodles are made fresh and imported from Japan to ensure that the standards are consistent at all KAMUKURA destinations. The soup—delicate yet savory—derives its slightly sweet flavors from Hokusai Napa cabbage, which you can see getting cooked down per order in the open kitchen. The Ala Moana shop offers counter seating along with takeout for a fast and convenient option to satisfy noodle cravings. Founded in 1986, KAMUKURA Ramen began in the entertainment district of Osaka, Japan. The Lanai Food Court in Ala Moana Center is the brand's first in the US.
