Waipa Farmers Market is managed and hosted by the Waipa Foundation, a non-profit that manages the valley. The farmers market currently runs from 3pm-dusk. Those who are coming from the Princeville side of the Hanalei hill work will need to commute through the convoy(road is open between 1-2:30pm on Tuesdays.

Midnight Bear Breads is an artisan bakery located on the beautiful island of Kauai, Hawaii. Ursa Swift and Evan McAfee have owned and operated the bakery since 2012 in Hanapepe. We started off selling our artisan breads at farmers markets and retail stores around the island. Opening a retail bakery in 2015 has expanded into selling our artisan breads, croissants, sandwiches, panini’s, pizza, and coffee all fresh at our bakery location in historic Hanapepe town.
