Christina Martini is a Senior Ashtanga Yoga Teacher in Maui, Hawaii offering the complete health, wellness, and fitness program through authentic lineage-based Ashtanga Yoga, daily Mysore classes, yoga therapy, clinical yoga therapy, breathwork, strength and mobility training, integrative health coaching, retreats, and immersive teacher trainings. With 30+ years of experience, Christina is an authorized Ashtanga teacher, E-RYT, YACEP provider, and leads a Yoga Alliance Registered 200-Hour Teacher Training School focused on healing, transformation, mindful living, and whole-body wellness.

Maui therapy and yoga offers holistic counseling, transformative coaching, and Kundalini yoga, in person and online. Mobile Massage and sound healing are also available. Our services aim to help clients reconnect back to their happy place and heal the barriers that stand in the way. All services are currently available online and off site at your location of choice.
