Wally Shrinski, LMFT, CSAC, provides compassionate, evidence-based therapy for adults and couples throughout Hawaii. Using person-centered, solution-focused, and trauma-informed approach, Wally helps clients navigate life’s challenges, strengthen relationships, and improve emotional well-being. Works with individuals and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, substance and alcohol-related issues, self-esteem challenges, and relationship difficulties. Wally integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and strength-based practices to support meaningful, lasting change. Services are primarily offered via secure telehealth, with in-person sessions available on a case-by-case basis.

A little studio with a lotta heart, teaching alignment based yoga and SATYA (a somatic practice) Learn yoga with us! We teach each pose because that's what a class is for - learning. If you're brand new, even better! You can schedule a private lesson, if you're shy, or want all attention on you. If you don't mind mingling, join us for a group class; you'll still get step-by-step instructions. If you're familiar with yoga, we'll give you more to learn: refinements and layers to grow what you already know.
