Restaurants
Rooted in a passion for authentic cooking, the menu brings together North Indian and Nepali influences with a clear focus on balance, depth, and careful preparation. Traditional techniques, including the use of a clay tandoor, shape both the flavor and texture of each dish, while the approach remains grounded in consistency and attention to detail.
