Malibu Farm Restaurant & Bar at Four Seasons Resort Lanai brings fresh, farm-to-table cuisine to a poolside setting overlooking Hulopoe Bay, a Marine Life Conservation District home to spinner dolphins and sea turtles. The menu celebrates vibrant California-Hawaiian fare. Signature offerings include Vegan Chop Salad with local beets and butternut squash, Crab Cake Sandwich with lemon caper aioli, and Pokeviche featuring local spicy ahi with furikake chips. Grilled Chocolate Cake and house-made Ice Cream Sandwiches in salted caramel, ginger snap and double fudge complete the experience, alongside handcrafted Mai Tais and tropical cocktails with views toward Pu'u Pehe.
