Koast is the debut restaurant venture from husband-and-wife team David and Alicia Soboda, who are joining forces with Top Chef Masters winner and James Beard Award-nominated chef Chris Cosentino. The Soboda’s are also partnering with Jason Blanchette and Jose Zepeda Jr. to build an exceptional wine and cocktail program. Together they aim to deliver a level of hospitality with aloha that both locals and visitors will love. Koast embodies a shared vision of simple, honest food that will showcase their commitment to local sustainable ingredients with indoor and al fresco dining options, featuring a wraparound lanai that offers diners incredible sunsets and striking views of Molokini Crater.

We have a continually rotating selection of excellent beers, with a focus on locally sourced fruited sours, rustic styles and killer New England IPA's. Founded in 1986, KAMUKURA Ramen began in the entertainment district of Osaka, Japan. The Lanai Food Court in Ala Moana Center is the brand's first in the US.
