All of our meals are low calorie, use lean proteins, healthy fats and complex carbs...but are tasty! We're not your average meal prep company. We purchase our ingredients locally when possible and use compostable packaging only. No plastic! We are fully licensed, insured and work out of a certified commercial kitchen.
