Dave’s Merry Band of Kona Pickleball Misfits. That just goes by Misfits. We are a small group of Pickleball players getting together three or four days a week for fun and exercise and enjoying each others company and hopefully meeting good people and improving our pickle ball games. We are mostly advanced intermediate to advanced, if you fall into that category you are welcome to join us. We do ask for a small daily drop in fee to help us offset our cost for the balls and nets etc. Misfit hats and Misfit t-shirts are available for $25 each. We set up our own portable nets on the outdoor basketball courts at the old Kona airport state recreational area just south of Kekuaokalani gym.

Aloha! We are a Pickleball & Tennis facility located in Keauhou-Kona on the Big Island of Hawaii. We are a membership-based club, but we welcome the public to come and play on our newly resurfaced courts. Our public open play schedule is listed on our website. We have 6 tennis courts, 16 pickleball courts and 2 lesson courts for both sports. We offer private lessons for tennis and pickleball with our on-site instructors, pickleball open play as well as after-school tennis programs for kids. Play like a pro, day or night, on four Latexite courts at the Royal Kona Tennis Club. Managed by USTA Hawaii Pacific Inc., players of all ages and levels can learn from our professional staff ready to teach private or group lessons. The Club throughout the year will host special programs and events. At the Club's AM Stringing Pro Shop you will find all the gear you need to win from raquets to clothes to shoes and more. The Pro Shop is open Sunday 9am-12pm; Monday-Friday 9am-6pm and Saturday 9am-5pm. The Pro Shop closes for lunch from 12pm-2pm.
