On Big Island, we travel to Ocean View, Hilo, Hawi, and elsewhere to meet our clients, so our office is by appointment only. We appeal at all levels, including after you are turned down at a Social Security hearing and before the Board of Veterans Appeals. We do not get paid until we win, and we will never send you a bill.
