If you truly desire a oceanfront view, this is the place. You will not be disappointed. Kona Luana (Condominium). is located on Alii Drive, about 1 mile from downtown Kona. The condominium only has 3 units. Unit 1 is used as an art gallery and is on the ground floor, since nobody lives there, it stays very quiet. Unit 2 and Unit 3, both have identical floor plans and are located on the 2nd and 3rd floor.
