Paid public parking at Kona Inn Shopping Village & Kona Farmers Market (Zones 301/302) is located on the corners of Hualalai Road and Alii Drive in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii, providing convenient access to the Kona Farmers Market, Kona Inn Shopping Village, and the shops and restaurants along historic Aliʻi Drive. This surface parking lot is well located for visitors exploring Kailua Village, oceanfront dining, local markets, and nearby attractions such as Kailua Pier and Kamakahonu Beach. Hawaii Island Humane Society's Animal Community Center in Kona opened to the public in August of 2021. Our Animal Community Center (ACC) is ideally situated in Holualoa, with 12 expansive, well-kept acres. The ACC features 3 Dog Dorms with adoptable dogs and puppies, a Cat Barn with adoptable cats, kittens, and small mammals, 2 dog parks that are open to the public, a retail shop where you can shop for your best friend (100% of the profits go to support the shelter animals of Hawaii Island Humane Society), and more. Come visit our animals, learn about our programs, and get involved by adopting, fostering, volunteering, and donating.
