Maui therapy and yoga offers holistic counseling, transformative coaching, and Kundalini yoga, in person and online. Mobile Massage and sound healing are also available. Kona Hot Yoga (formerly ‘Bikram Yoga Kona’) is a collective of yoga lovers who are deeply passionate about helping you reach your highest potential while we practice in paradise. Rooted in community since 2010, we’ve been sweating out our worries, stretching our limits, and welcoming everyone from all ages, shapes, and backgrounds to flow with us in the hottest studio on the Big Island. We aim to set the standard for hot yoga – offering specialized classes, workshops, and teacher trainings for locals and visitors.
