She integrates anatomically-specific modalities, such as Neuromuscular Therapy and Orthopedic Massage, with structural work that takes into account posture, alignment, body usage and ergonomics. Manual Lymphatic Drainage is another specialty. Shelagh's teachers include Judith Aston, Deane Juhan (Trager & Resistance and Release Work), Lynn Wind, & Jim Hackett.
