Yoga Studio

Sun Yoga Hawaii is a locally owned and operated yoga studio located at Aina Haina Shopping Center. We specialize in improving the overall health and well-being of each practitioner through the ancient practice of yoga, combining Vinyasa Sun Salutations, Hatha Yoga postures, and an ancient-guided deep relaxation. Our use of infrared heat helps the body detoxify by sweating, balancing metabolism, facilitating weight loss, increasing circulation, relieving joint pain, and improving cardiovascular health, tissue elasticity, beautification of skin, stress relief, and relaxation. The infrared heating technology, strong yoga practice, friendly teachers, and community-oriented approach make us a favorite among our loyal students.

Hawaii Yoga Institute (HYI) provides nationally recognized yoga teacher training programs and continuing education courses that empower students and faculty to develop their unique yoga teaching style through service based yoga. HYI specifically reaches out to include students and faculty members who represent a strong diversity of race, class, gender, size, physical ability and spiritual traditions to inspire and empower them to model and teach skills for improving physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health for all people within their community. Finesse Med Spa & Wellness is led by Natalie Robinson - a licensed and board-certified APRN who is also certified in medical aesthetics. We are located on the 6th floor of the Aiea Medical Building. We specialize in medical aesthetics such as dermal fillers and laser services along with esthetic services including waxing, lashes, brows and many more services.
