Keala Foundation Fitness Centers offer CrossFit-style group fitness classes for youth and adults in a supportive, community-driven environment. Our youth fitness programs are always free, welcoming kids from Kindergarten through High School. Visitors are welcome and encouraged to register for classes in advance on our website.
