Maui therapy and yoga offers holistic counseling, transformative coaching, and Kundalini yoga, in person and online. Mobile Massage and sound healing are also available. Our services aim to help clients reconnect back to their happy place and heal the barriers that stand in the way. All services are currently available online and off site at your location of choice. We are not currently offering services on site.

We offer alignment-focused yoga, vinyasa flow, and gentle restorative classes for all bodies and experience levels. Come for yoga, stay for community.
